Working concept · v0.1 — for partner & investor review
Aerial view of the Franschhoek hospitality campus

The operator stack

Ten tenants. One campus. One collective.

The campus is reframed as a hotel-and-amenity business with specialist verticals. Heron Africa runs hospitality. Wegro.africa runs ventures. NXT Sportif runs sport. Seven more operators hold the rest. Coordinated by ManCo, owned by the NPC, and every operator signs the same Foundation pledge at the door.

How this works

One landlord. Ten operators. A single Foundation pledge binds them all.

The WeGroYou NPC + Co-op holds the lease and is the only landlord on campus. Heron Africa runs the hotel and event venue. Nine other operators run the verticals — sport, ventures, chefs, rangers, medical, creators, the lab, the workspace, and the museum restaurant. ManCo (Wim Meyer) coordinates them all.

Every operator signs the Operator Equity + Foundation Pledge Addendum at incorporation. 10% of operator equity is issued to the Education & Growth Foundation SA on day one. Anti-dilution floor. Survives change of control. This is the rule above the rules.

The list below is the canonical operator stack. Anchors are the ones already aligned in principle. Tenants marked to appoint are open RFPs — talk to us if you want to operate one of those.
