Homepage narrative

Phase mode

Two complete versions of the homepage and the /investors page. Switch between them depending on the room you're presenting to. All vertical routes stay live in both modes — the toggle only changes what gets promoted on the home and investor pages.

Hero style

Both styles use the same real Franschhoek + campus photography and rotate through 5–8 slides. Pick the visual treatment that feels right for the room.

Verticals

NXT Studio (Art & Culture) as a 5th vertical

When ON: Studio appears in the header dropdown, the homepage vertical grid (5 cards in Promised Land mode), the concept tenant diagram and the footer. When OFF: the site reverts to the four-vertical model.

Route: /verticals/studio — always reachable directly even when toggled off.

Flags are stored in localStorage (key wgy.flags.v1).
