Why now

South Africa has the safari and luxury hospitality reputation. The structural shortage is at the front line — rangers and guides trained to the standard the brands demand. The lodges are recruiting from a pipeline that doesn't yet exist at the scale they need. NXT Rangers builds it, in the heart of the Winelands, feeding into the country's top hospitality groups.
