In 2016 we sent a message from the future.
In 2026 the campus IS the future.
Ten years ago we made a short film called A message from the future — a manifesto for the kind of human we believed Africa needed to grow. We've retired the film. The campus, the school and the NXT academies are the answer instead. This is where Futureneers are built.

"Africa doesn't need more graduates. It needs Futureneers."
The 2016 film argued that the next decade in Africa would be won by people who could build, train, cook, guide, code and care — not by those waiting for a job to be handed to them. It was a message from a future we hadn't yet built.

The WeGroYou campus is the manifesto in concrete: a Basic School that scales 700 → 20,000 learners, NXT academies for sport, food and the wild, a venture builder, and a hospitality engine that pays for it all. Plug in as a learner, mentor, founder or partner.
The Futureneer mindset
A Futureneer is a leader of their vertical — built for a future that doesn't look like the past.
The old path was school → degree → job → retirement. It assumed the world stayed still. It doesn't. AI is rewriting work. Climate is rewriting food, conservation and health. Story is rewriting brands. We can't train people for jobs that won't exist — we train them to lead the vertical itself. That is the only skill that compounds.
